Sunayna has studied Kathak from Usha Sharma at Jhankaar School of Dance for the past fifteen years and currently holds a Third Year Kathak Certificate from Prayag Sangeet Samiti. Her emphasis on technical and rhythmic precision has given her a style of great elegance and poise. Sunayna has played major roles in several of Manohar’s productions, most notably Princess of Diamonds in the restaged Kingdom of Cards, an Elemental Spirit in Alchemyth and Senior Court Dancer in La Bayadère – The Temple Dancer. Sunayna was a featured performer in Taal Tarang, Kirchian and Savera, and was also seen in Guy Maddin’s film “The Saddest Music in the World.”
