Anjali began her training with Menaka Thakkar; she later continued her training under Hari Krishnan and received her Graduation Certification in 1995.  Under Shanta Ponnudurai, Anjali completed her arangetram in 1996, and performed in several dance productions with the India School of Dance, Music and Theatre.  A student of Kathak since 1998, Anjali learns from Usha Sharma of Jhankaar School of Dance, and also studied under Usha Gupta of Edmonton. Her roles with Manohar include Ashoka’s Brother in The Conquest, Jack of Hearts in the restaged Kingdom of Cards and Yudhishtira in The Game. She has also appeared in Kirchian.
